Clean property with exceptional staff with a manager.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were outstanding, I liked the perfect location short walk to baseball park, downtown restaurants.

I liked the hotel! Casual property, it was fairly clean, and the staff was especially helpful. Good food for a continental breakfast. The room was updated, just what was needed.

The hotel was tidy and the good beach set near the property. The room was individual and tasteful, though the view it had was nothing special. Everything was perfect and the staff were obliging!

Overall I loved that perfect little hotel. A specialty restaurant was sophisticated.

The venue is quiet and business, its location is convenient, just off the casinos and restaurants, University, train station.

Good stay in the such beautiful area. Room was uniquely decorated, bed was good, staff was best. The room was well priced. The sky bar in the hotel had lots of hot liquors, beers, whiskies and wines throughout the day.

Brand-new hotel in a downtown area very close to the casinos, downtown restaurants. There were updated, huge rooms with a great view, wonderful views and a delicious breakfast. Consistently courteous staff and very central location.

It was brilliant time in Reno. Cozy restaurant, patient staff, secure position. The bed was comfortable, and I liked that the room was magnificent and accommodating. The atrium bar was lively and the drinks were alcoholic.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Compact rooms and beautiful location. Hotel was neat. Staff were eager to help, providing courteous service. Lots of various drinks, such as whiskies, wines, liquors and beers in the bar. Green garden outside. Breakfast was wonderful, it had fruit, cookies and hot waffles;)))

The hotel was contemporary, it met my requirements, I loved its prime location so close to downtown as well as the larger casinos. Plenty of food for a continental breakfast. The service was good, including an easy check-in.

We had a fine experience, the hotel met expectations. We both liked it, the place is unusual and suited us fine. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

Luxurious room, experienced staff. Delightful view, a big balcony, spacious bed, too. Large breakfast, first-rate service. The beach there was perfect, the hotel was located near the shore. I visited the night bar and loved the tropical drinks.

it was decently priced, compared to other excellent city centre hotels. perfect view of pool. fantastic location, walking distance to national bowling stadium.

It was a such wonderful stay, comfortable modern place. Everything was amazing, it had incredible stuff and atmosphere.

It was definitely 4 stars for me: American breakfast and super bed. The room was elegant and soundproof. Lots of food in the hotel, specialty restaurant.

Everything was pleasant including location and rooms. Positioned in the relaxing area. Elegant building, exceptionally clean and separate bedroom.

New-fashioned rooms, cordial staff, UNBEATABLE location - liked it! Breakfast menu was free. Reasonably spacious suite and extra comfy bed. The staff did all they can for the best stay. Spotless and family oriented hotel in Downtown Reno district.

Second to none place, big beds, caring staff...

It was an absolutely amazing experience, I loved staff and location. Room had a marble bathroom and microwave, coffee facilities and cable TV.

came in reno to relax and have fun, this hotel was convenient base for doing it. right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. really loved on-site restaurant cafe whitney.

The staff was friendly, the location was great. Service was quality throughout the hotel. One could dine at restaurants such as La Strada 5 minutes away. Nice interior design.

it truly was a great experience. large rooms. the buffet is within walking distance the hotel. our favorite venue in reno, we totally recommend it.
